No, in order for us to ensure a safe and secure workspace, we require that you sign up, either to one of our monthly tariffs or on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis.

If you're signing up for one of our monthly tariffs, then it works on a monthly rolling basis - cancel when you like. If you want to take a break from using the space but plan to return in the future we recommend downgrading to PAYG rather than cancelling your membership, this will mean you don’t pay monthly but your membership is still set up if you want to return.

Very. You can use your included hours as and when you need to. You can also add more desk space or meeting room hours as you need.

Payments are taken by direct debit for monthly memberships, you will be asked for your payment details when you sign up. Alternatively, you can pay by card for day passes, meeting room bookings or for short term membership.

Billing is different for members on monthly tariffs and members on Pay As You Go tariffs.

Coworkers that sign up to a monthly tariff will be billed on the date they sign up. After their first month, they are billed on the 1st of every month going forward. So if a member were to sign up on the 7th September, they would pay for 7th-30th September on the 7th September and then 1st-31st October on 1st October. If a member unsubscribes and the final date is somewhere in the middle of the month, that final invoice will be prorated too.

For Pay As You Go users, the billing date is the date the booking is made.

The actual date that money is deducted from your account may be up to 5 days after the billing date.

Yes, if you need to work with one, we do not provide them. We do have 27-inch desktop monitors for those needing a little more screen space though.

Yes, our dedicated meeting room for up to four people provides you with a space to host or join group video/conference calls. It is bookable on a Pay as You Go basis by the quarter-hour at a cost of £2.50 per 15 minutes. Some of our monthly tariffs have meeting room hours included. The meeting room has a 27" monitor, plug & play 4K web conferencing camera, super fast internet and you can help yourself to a tea or coffee.

No, all we ask is that when you book the meeting room you add in the notes section the names and email addresses of your guests.

We pride ourselves on being a safe co-working environment in a friendly town. For extra peace of mind we have CCTV monitoring access to the space and cloud-based door access control prohibiting random entry into The Cat's Pyjamas. Lockers are also available if you are popping out and prefer not to leave you belongings on your desk.
